Vendor Information – 2024

To reserve space, review the enclosed information and return your registration form together with your cheque as soon as possible. The main vendor area is located in the green space adjacent the Henley Island Helpers (HIH) food concession. Vehicles will be allowed in for drop-offs and pick-ups but must be removed from the site by 7:30 am each day. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopy, and fire extinguisher. In the event that a canopy is used, it must be fire retardant. During the regatta, inspections by the St. Catharines Fire Department will take place; tents that do not meet the code will be removed from the site. For your convenience, parking for vendors is provided in close proximity to the vendor area. Vendors can set up as early as Thursday, May30th, 9 am to 7 pm. Merchandise should be removed each evening, as we have limited security. Please note we are not responsible for any merchandise that is left over night. Lots in either 10’ or 20’ frontage with a 10’ depth will be designated by orange cones and/or spray paint, please respect the spaces that are assigned to other vendors, and do not impede the lot boundaries. Boat builders will be located along the waterfront in the boat yard area (approx. 1300 metre mark). Each boat builder will have an area for their hospitality tent and trailer. Please respect the 20’ lots designated by orange cones and/or spray paint, and do not infringe on the space assigned to other vendors. All garbage and cardboard is the responsibility of the vendor to make arrangements for removal. Any extra cleanup of a vendors area will be invoice to that vendor.
